"While the idiot zero share bashers..."

Seriously? So "basher" evolved (devolved?) into "basher clowns" and now evolved (devolved?) further into "idiot zero share bashers"? So you're talking about the very ones who often post more TRUTHFUL DD concerning this ticker, the other "Trifecta" ("REDfecta" to some) tickers and George Sharp then you ever have (that I remember anyway)? Hell, it's like, now, the bashers are armed with FACTUAL DD while the pumpers are armed with only the endless basher ridicule and ad hominem attacks as they have nothing else to offer! frown

So how'd this turn out?

I have today's chart on one of my monitors ...it's a thing of beauty....let's hope it's higher hi's and higher lows from now on ....sorta like our sista stock when it had it's time [January 31, 2024]

(As usual, that "sista stock" crap again. Wow, great DD there! lol) So how did your ignorant of the facts excitement turn out? Well, just SIX DAYS LATER we got this HONEST admission from a former $GVSI optimist:

Gotta be a man of my word and admit that the Bashers were right all along.[February 6, 2024]

-68.92%

And what happened after that on March 15?

-74.19%

Wow. But can you imagine how much better off some/many $GVSI shareholders would be now if they had listened to those "idiot zero share bashers" instead of smug know-it-alls like you?

From "Google U":

What makes people dislike know-it-alls?

People often dislike know-it-alls because they can come across as arrogant, condescending, or dismissive of others' knowledge and opinions. Know-it-alls may also be seen as unwilling to listen or learn from others, which can be off-putting. Additionally, constantly asserting one's knowledge without regard for social cues or context can create tension in social interactions. It's important to balance sharing knowledge with humility, empathy, and openness to different perspectives.[bold emphasis mine]

is there ANYTHING that GS might need that goes BACK BEYOND his two years (into previous management's doings) which might prevent him from getting the two years of audited financials?

Short answer is yes.

Longer answer is absolutely.

Take a look at a balance sheet and an equity statement. A number of those items require full and complete financial information to be accurate. An income statement is a snapshot of the 2 (or 3) years covered by the date of the statement, but a balance sheet and equity statement are since inception. If information is missing, it is impossible to present those statements accurately. Even 1 year's information that is missing can easily cause the financial statements to not be accurate, and therefore not auditable.

So if anything you cite is missing, George could never file an audited financial statement. Thus the claim of filinging in 2025 is bullchit,

Unless he obtains that information from somewhere, but if he didn't have it the first time he filed, I think it is unlikely he will be able to get it now.

So yes, the claim of filing a new registration in 2025 is likely complete BS.

THAT'S the reality of the situation! But as the late great Yogi Berra once said: "It ain't over until it's over". Gotta say, it isn't over but, imo, it appears to be pretty darn close to it.
